Voters can find BOTH general and state-specific information for:

  • Comparing candidates and issues in various federal, state and local* races

TOGETHER! 2024 - It was an inspiring afternoon!


It took a tapestry of women contributing their very best to make our March 23rd event a wonderful success!

Tuesday, March 5, 2024 PRIMARY ELECTION

         Jan 1, 2024 - First day to apply for ballot by mail

         Feb 5, 2024 - Last Day to Register to Vote

         Feb 20, 2024 - First day of Early Voting

         Feb 23, 2024 - Last Day to Apply for BBM (Received)

         Mar 1, 2024 - Last Day of Early Voting

 

Saturday, May 4, 2024 UNIFORM ELECTION (Limited)

         Jan 1, 2024 - First day to apply for ballot by mail

         Apr 4, 2024 - Last Day to Register to Vote

         Apr 22, 2024 - First day of Early Voting by personal appearance

         Apr 23, 2024 - Last day to Apply for Ballot by Mail (Received)

         Apr 30, 2024 - Last Day of Early Voting by personal appearance

         May 4, 2024 - Last day to Receive Ballot by Mail (or May 6, 2024 at 5:00 pm. If carrier envelope is postmarked by 7:00 pm at the location of the election on Election Day).

 

Tuesday, May 28, 2024 - PRIMARY RUNOFF ELECTION

         Jan 1, 2024 - First day to apply for ballot by mail

         Apr 29, 2024 - Last Day to Register to Vote

         May 17, 2024 - Last Day to Apply for Ballot by Mail (Received)

         May 20, 2024 - First Day of Early Voting
         May 24, 2024 - Last Day of Early Voting

         May 28, 2024 - Last Day to Receive Ballot by Mail by 7:00 pm if carrier envelope is not marked, OR Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 5:00 pm if carrier envelope is postmarked by 7:00 pm at the location of the election on Election Day.

Tuesday, Nov 5, 2024 - UNIFORM ELECTION DATE

         Jan 1, 2024 - First day to apply for ballot by mail

         Oct 7, 2024 - Last Day to Register to Vote

         Oct 21, 2024 - First Day of Early Voting by Personal Appearance

         Oct 25, 2024 - Last Day to Apply for Ballot by Mail

         Nov 1, 2024 - Last Day of Early Voting by Personal Appearance

         Nov 5, 2024 - Last Day to Receive Ballot by Mail by 7:00 pm if carrier envelope is not postmarked, OR Wed, Nov 6 at 5:00 pm if carrier envelope is postmarked by 7:00 pm at the location of the election on Election Day.

 

NOTE:  

  • Different deadlines apply to overseas or military voters.
  • Local political subdivisions include:  cities, school districts, water districts, hospital districts, and any other local government entity that conducts elections.  Many of these elections are conducted on the May uniform election date.
  • For candidate deadlines, please see the Texas Secretary of State website or check with your county election office.
